I have decided to try the 30 day Squat challenge. Yesterday was day one, where I did 50 squats. Since it’s been a while since I did anything similar to this type of exercise I figured the best course of action would be to split the action into two sections. Half in the afternoon and half in the evening. I think it worked because the soreness isn’t as bad as I thought it would be. My thighs are sore but nothing a couple of ibuprofen wont’ fix. Today is day two. 55 squats. I am determined to finish this challenge, after all it’s a temporary pain, right? Right?
